Our Contemporary/Freestyle dancers had a fantastic opportunity at the begginning of the year to be a part of a filmed project, set up by Cornwall Dance School. This project would be looking at Dance in an outdoor setting, choreographed for film - giving the students a chance to get experience in front of camera's and allowing them to get a showreel together, using the footage.

The dance was performed at the Eden Project earlier on in the year and then at our Hall for Cornwall show - 'A Night at the Movies' along with an Opera singer - Toni Daruvalla and went down a storm. But we couldn't leave it there...

Our girls got the chance to perform it one last time at the Mawgan Porth Caberet, kick starting the new school year off with our first performance of the year! The variety evening consisted of singers and dancers alike, all in aid of raising money towards the Mawgan Porth Cabaret Club. Even though the stage was small the girls handled the space well and the dancers had a massive reception, we are very proud of them!! Well done Contemporary/Freestyle dancers for performing the dance for the very last time - in style!
