This April 3rd, Cornwall Dance School were priveleged to welcome Tashan Muir to the shores of Cornwall to give us an awe inspiring, 2 hour, Unistyle Workshop at Carrick Sports & Recreation Centre! And what a fantastic workshop it was! The lead dancer and choreographer of Unity UK - from Got to Dance 12' & 13' and Britains Got Talent - talked about his career and how he got there and took us through his Locking and Unistyle moves! We owe him a massive thanks and we hope to have Tashan back to do another workshop in the future... we may even be able to get the whole Unity team down here next time - but remember Practise! Practise! Practise! :)

On 23rd February some of our dance students undertook exams for the very first time! It was a very exciting day for the school! And now the results are in!!  

I am so proud of all of our IDTA students!! This is the first year we have worked towards exams with Cornwall Dance School and you have all done so, so well! Everybody achieved above Commended, every student gained over 80% in their Exams! You should all be so proud!! We will hold an awards evening soon to give you all your medals and certificates! Watch this space for the date and time!!
